9 AUGUST, Monday; arrive into
Glasgow, staying 7 DAY/6 NIGHTS in the city
centre. Relax and take time to
explore this, our largest city with all its
shops, pubs, free museums and of course all
the Piping events on during the week.

10 AUGUST, Tuesday;
we take you on a special day trip, a
day touring the west of Scotland as we drive
to Inveraray. Time to visit the castle
there, have lunch and enjoy the town set on
the side of a loch. returning via Loch
Lomond to Glasgow.

11 AUGUST, Wednesday;
another day tour, this
time we take you to sample a whisky
distillery, well we are in the home of
whisky! We will drive you into Highland
Perthshire and to the Famous Grouse, at
Glenturret Distillery. Here, not only will
you enjoy FIVE drams, take the tour, but
enjoy a superb lunch at the distillery. Can
it get any better? Well, aye it can ... we
head to Perth to the Black watch regimental
Museum at Balhousie Castle. This is a
fantastic history lesson about one of
Scotland's famous regiments. Followed by a
visit to a local pub in Perth to relax a wee

12 AUGUST, Thursday;
one more day of
sightseeing, this time we make a day trip to
Edinburgh. So much to see and do here.
returning to Glasgow late afternoon.
  
13 AUGUST, Friday;
with piping events
taking place in Glasgow, you have another
free day to do as you please, joining us for
a Pre Worlds Dinner.

14 AUGUST, Saturday;
All day at
the Worlds at Glasgow Green, entry ticket
included. Meet the bands, enjoy a
drink with Drum Major Andy Grant, (below on
left), meet the Denny & Dunipace (Scotland)
and Grandfather Mountain Highlanders (USA
shown left) Bands. Enjoy the day and in the
evening come with us to a pub or two to
celebrate with yet another drink with one or
two bands!

AUGUST, Sunday;
relax, lie in and dream
about yesterday! Join us for a big Scottish
breakfast at 10am.
The tour ends today after breakfast. Unless
- you wish to stay longer, please advise us
of this.
