A chance to spend the evening with Liz and Paul from mcleanscotland at a private whisky club in Leith. Enjoy a 2 course supper, (pre bookable menu), 3 drams of specially selected malt whisky with a tasting expert. Coach transfer to and from the city - details nearer the time for pick up/drop off points.

Liz and Paul are your hosts from Edinburgh to Leith and will join you for the entire evening.

Ray Owens the highlander mcleanscotland whisky night

This will be a wonderful evening featuring Ray Owens (The Highlander, AS SEEN ON THE HISTORY CHANNEL TV) pictured above and our whisky expert Peter Guthrie, shown below with Liz and Paul from mcleanscotland.

THE HIGHLANDER; The Highlander brings to life Scottish History in an entertaining and mesmorising show. Hear the story behind the Battle of Culloden and the Jacobites as they followed Bonnie Prince Charlie to within 130 miles of London. Dressed in the traditional costume of the times and carrying authentic weapons. mcleanscotland have worked with Ray for many of our tours and every time he has been a huge success!

PETER GUTHRIE; currently employed in a top Perthshire whisky distillery, joins mcleanscotland to present a fun whisky tasting. A light - hearted introduction to the art of tasting as he guides you through a whisky from four different regions of Scotland from the heavily peated to the sweet and aromatic!
