Today as with every day, we will be supplying comprehensive tour notes on the location you stay and the route.

4 October.  after breakfast we head north over the Forth Road bridge into the Kingdom of Fife.  Our first stop will be in Perth, a courtesy stop for rest rooms, drinks etc. As we continue north through beautiful Perthshire countryside, we make a stop in Pitlochry, here we will tour Scotland’s smallest whisky distillery and end the tour with a dram!  As we continue north through ever changing scenery we are heading to our final destination; Strathpeffer and your hotel for the next two nights. Dinner is included in Strathpeffer.

5 October.  all day touring including the largest house in the Highlands; Dunrobin Castle.  A remarkable scenic day out before returning to Strathpeffer for dinner and overnight.

6 October.  We head west this morning over moors, through glens, passing lochs until we arrive at Loch Duich and make a special visit Eilean Donan Castle, with views to Skye.  From here we drive west and south now to the Great Glen and on to Fort William. 7 October.  we leave the highlands and travel south, down through Loch awe and Inveraray, we head south through the mountain pass “rest and be thankful” bringing us through the Argyll Forest to Loch Lomond.  A brief stop here for a stretch of the legs and maybe that group photo!  From the loch we are under an hour away from Glasgow and our city centre hotel.  Overnight Glasgow. Dinner on your own this evening.
