Exist to further the cause of restoring Scotland’s independence. Our platform draws together all the disparate groups, parties, organisations, politicians and individuals, in Scotland and beyond, who share this basic, democratic objective |

We have our own income available from whisky tax, we have oil and gas rights, we don't need England Wales and Northern Ireland. Not only oil and gas, we have ample supplies of water! We could offer great incentives to worldwide businesses to work here with us, I bet you Sean Connery would move back here, och, we could even set ourselves up as a tax haven country! What of our brilliant Scottish regiments, airmen and sailors? Well, just a thought; lease them out to NATO and peace keeping duties. We also do not need a royal family of German descent, whose ancestors even had pacts with Hitler. We have a longer line of kings and queens, an older flag and older crown jewels. We have a proud history, not only here in Scotland, but around the world, how many Scots went to Canada, USA, Australia, South Africa and more? Lets just build on tourism, lower taxes, a happy country where our laws are different from England (many are already), schools and universities better, we are the Best Small Country in the World! Why is it there are so many Scottish festivals and events, associations and clubs around the world who are Scottish? Dinnee think England has the same. We have very proud images of our country, what does England have as an image? football hooligans! Our Tartan Army are welcome all over the world, English fans are not. I tell you what, I would also take us out of Europe and retain our own money and set up deals with other countries, Norway did it, let us follow them! Paul McLean; MCLEANSCOTLAND - Tartan Army squaddies!
In 2010 Scotland
scored another £1.3 Billion goal and London
disqualify it, then give us a red card of budget
cuts. Well, last Wednesday the annual
Government Expenditure for Scotland Report (GERS)
revealed that for the fourth successive year
Scotland ran a budgetary surplus, or to put it into
simple terms Scotland generated more money than she
spent - £1.3 billion more to be precise. This meant
that a Scotland with full control over its own
finances would have had £1.3 billion MORE to spend
this year than it has. Indeed, if we go back four
years then the nation would have had a tidy £3.5
billion more.
