YOU WILL BE WARMLY GREETED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLEARING IMMIGRATION. Our staff have individual names on visible signage. You will be advised of the location of facilities (restrooms, money exchange etc.). You will be escorted to the baggage carousel and assisted with your luggage. We will phone ahead and then lead you to your chauffeur - who will be waiting in the car ready for immediate departure from the airport. When reaching the hotel our driver will guide the party to the reception desk or concierge when possible.
