Day 1 Arrive Scotland, Glasgow or Edinburgh airport, transfer to Edinburgh city centre hotel. Once in the city check into hotel and explore the old and new towns of Edinburgh by open top tour bus. All day free. Overnight  Edinburgh

Day 2 Collect rental car and set out for Rosslyn Chapel. Take time to explore the chapel and its mysteries: Knights Templar, Masonic and ritual myths. From Rosslyn take the road south and visit Melrose Abbey and the mystery of Robert the Bruce's heart. Edinburgh overnight.

Day 3 Drive out of Edinburgh west towards Loch Lomond, drive up the road along the loch to Tarbet and through the mountain pass “rest and be thankful” to Inveraray set on Loch Fyne. Check into your hotel and relax in this traditional Scots house. Here in town there are many places to explore including the old Jail, the Castle and the town itself.

Day 4 make a spectacular journey along the wee west coast roads leading to Knapdale; following the Templar trail again. The tiny Kilmory chapel said to have been built by the Templars, now a ruin with ancient grave stones depicting Templar Knights. Return back through the stunning scenery to Cairnbaan and take the road north to Kilmartin Glen. Here there are standing stones and burial cairns older that Stonehenge, to see and touch. Return to Inveraray for overnight.

Day 5 Return to Glasgow or Edinburgh, drop off your rental vehicle and await your flight home.
