are the Official Travel Agency for Clan Gillean U.S.A. www.clangilleanusa.org PLEASE NOTE; on Mull, there is only one bank, at Tobermory, a couple of grocery shops, maybe 5 pubs, shops at each village and more at Tobermory. ATM machines are available but not plentiful, so we suggest taking cash from ATM's on the mainland for Mull - just in case. The sun comes up approx 4am and sets approx 9.30pm so we have long days. Tobermory is by far the largest town on the isle. Local buses do run, mainly from Tobermory to the ferry at Craignure, and from there towards Iona, most often meeting the ferry times. Other than that, we have approx 4 taxis available. So be prepared. Better to plan ahead, we are happy answering questions from you paul@mcleanscotland.com
MULL ARTIST JOHN ARCHBOLD - a good friend of ours, does fantastic drawings and paintings of Scotland, specialising in Mull and local areas. A wee sample below, but go and visit his website, a superb fella and also plays the banjo! An artist on two fronts! www.mullpaintings.co.uk We recommend his work. Paul has one.
